We Have Permanent Tenant Rates for Non-Profits

We offer permanent tenant rates in the Media Room and F/G Room for only $40 per meeting. The group has to be a non-profit that commits to 12 meetings in one year and the meetings are 2 hours long or less. We set up and break down the space for you and the rate includes linens!

Some of our Current Permanent Tenants

We have a lot of groups taking part in this special rate already. Some of them are Statesville Christian Women, Healing Wings, New Faith Trinity, Coin Collectors, Gold Prospectors and Iredell COAST.

Helping Our Community

The reason we offer this special rate is to be able to support the many wonderful community groups and non-profits in our community. We also offer non-profit rates on all of our rooms Sundays - Thursdays.
