Due to recent unforeseen circumstances, we regret to inform you that the Statesville Wedding Expo, originally scheduled for February 16, 2025, has been canceled. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the disappointment it may cause. However, we are committed to revitalizing the event and are planning an even bigger and more exciting Statesville Wedding Expo in 2026.

We encourage you to mark your calendars for Sunday, February 22nd, 2026, as we look forward to bringing you an exceptional experience in the near future. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

VENDOR REGISTRATION ENDS FRIDAY, JANUARY 31, 2025!

The Expo will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025, from 1pm to 5pm at the Statesville Civic Center.

Beginning November 19, 2024, we are accepting applications for RETURNING VENDORS that wish to participate in the upcoming Statesville Wedding Expo. Booth spaces are available for a cost of $150.00. Returning Vendors may register at any time; however, registration for new Vendors began on Monday, January 13, 2025.

We are specifically looking for vendors to include but are not limited to:🔹Travel Agents🔹Wedding Decor🔹Wedding + Event Venues🔹Rentals Companies🔹Catering/Bakeries🔹Bridal Shop🔹Beauty Specialists🔹Mobile Bar Service🔹Florists

Booth assignments require full payment and will be confirmed by letter which includes set-up times, venue rules & regulations, and postcards. Payments are accepted by cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card. No partial payments will be accepted.

Color postcards advertising the Wedding Expo will be available for you to hand out at your place of business. This is a great way to provide information to brides in the surrounding area and promote your participation in the Wedding Expo. 

We will be conducting drawings for door prizes throughout the Wedding Expo. If you are interested in donating a prize for one of these drawings, please complete the Vendor Door Prize form below.

• All vendor booths should be attractive from all sides and not distract from any surrounding booths.

• Vendor booths are 8 x 10 and will include: (1) 8 ft. rectangle table with white linen and skirting with (2) chairs. Please identify if you should need a special set-up.

• Check-in time, directions to the event and sign-in location will be mailed after your application has been processed.

• Electrical hookups are available for all booths – Please be aware that special booth placement will be considered to eliminate cords in walkways. All grey shaded booths have electrical outlets in the floor. Vendors are required to furnish electrical cords.

• Vendors are responsible for their own insurance policies.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable taxes (local, state, and/or federal).

• Vendors are required to participate from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Early tear down is prohibited. • All booths must be ready by 12:00 noon on show day! Failure to comply may result in a non-invite the following year.

• FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE A VENDOR HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
